Kitchen Remodeling
Cabinet and counter replacement through to taking the room back to studs — layout changes, moving plumbing and electrical, flooring, lighting and islands. We price the whole job before we start, including the part behind the drywall that nobody can see yet.
Bathroom Remodeling
Full bathroom rebuilds, tile and glass showers, vanities, and the water damage and rot that usually turn up once the old surround comes out. Primary baths, hall baths and basement additions.
Additions & Whole-Home
Adding square footage — a bigger kitchen, an office, a primary suite — or reworking the whole floor plan. Foundation, framing, roof line, siding and finish, with the permits handled on our side.
New Construction
Ground-up homes and larger structures, built the same way as the remodels: a fixed written price, permits handled, and the same crew from the footing to the final walkthrough.
