At Q&R Construction Services, quality and reliability are what we provide. We have a six-step process that begins with a project in mind and ends with a completed project. Every part of the process is thought out carefully to receive precisely what you envisioned when you came to us and asked for our help. Our team will work with you through each step and keep you informed so that any surprises down the road are minimal.

Inquire

Our process begins with a phone call or an email from a prospective customer. We get a good idea of what the customer wants in that phone call.

Consultation

We schedule an appointment to meet at their location. We listen well, so we understand the desired result. Using our broad experience, we offer suggestions and options that the customer may not have considered.

ESTIMATE

Depending on the scope of work, we strive to have an estimate emailed to the customer within 3-14 days.

Planning

If engineering or drawings are needed after a proposal is signed, we can have that work done in 2-3 weeks. The city or county can sometimes take 2-3 weeks to process if permits are required.

Construct

When work is started, the customer is given a schedule or timeline for how long the project will take. While weather can often be unpredictable and cause delays, we strive to stay within our timeline. We give weekly updates and can supply pictures to see the progress.

Review

After the project, we do a walk-through with the client and make notes of any corrections that they would like. Those will be completed within three days of the walk-through.
